Band Biography

Sugary sweet vocals, infectious pop melodies, and contagiously positive songs, could only describe 24 year old songwriter and performer Rachel Morgan Perry. Rachel is known for incredibly fun, whimsical, and nostalgic live performances that typically include original and cover songs for an audience of every age to enjoy.

Rachel has performed across the country as a headlining act at events such as the Tucson Folk Festival, Kentucky Lincoln Days Festival, and the Boulder Creek Festival. She has shared the stage with superstars such as Teddy Gentry of Alabama, Chris Sligh of American Ido, and country music rising stars Smithfeild and Drew Baldridgel. Rachel has also received numerous honors for her songwriting abilities such as Honorable Mention at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival, First Runner Up at the Tucson Folk Festival, as well as having two songs charting to top ten Sirius XM Radio.

Early this year Rachel released a full length self titled album featuring her unique sound branded as "sweet country." Rachel's record was produced by AGMA's 2013 producer of the year, Donna King. "I really feel like the organic collaboration and musical understanding Donna and I have between one another can only be put as spiritual. My goal for this record was to make something that felt like magic- and I feel like we did just that," says Rachel.

It's not only Rachel's record that holds elements of magic. At every live performance Rachel has been known to leave listeners with an undoubtable sparkle in their eyes. Rachel's love for life, joyful spirit, and honeysuckle sweetness seems to ooze out of her talent and passion making her an artist that is one to watch.
